The Association of Photographers has unveiled its new website to reflect itself as a modern, forward-thinking organisation as it plans for 2013 and beyond.

The new design is clean and contemporary with better functionality and a greater focus on showcasing members’ work. “We intend that this will make browsing our site a much more rewarding experience,” says AOP Managing Director, Kingsley Marten.

The relaunched website has already proved much easier for members to update and upload larger photographs to their portfolios and allows all those viewing the site to see the best in professional photography clearly and elegantly presented.

Nick Dunmur, one of the AOP’s board members involved in the project, says, “We want to ensure that our members and their work are at the forefront of the Association’s presence, both online and elsewhere, and the new website greatly enhances our visibility and provides testimony to the creativity and professionalism of our members.”

The website has been attracting about 15k unique visitors a month and future stats will be monitored in all areas to aid further development and improvements.

“User feedback is always welcome and particularly useful until we’ve dealt with any final gremlins,” says Kingsley. Please send any comments to info@aophoto.co.uk, meanwhile, happy browsing!”
